Amy Blank, Miami of Ohio 1993 married to Jun Lee, US Naval Academy (Annapolis) 1990, giving us our first grandchild, Hazel Remaly Lee in December 2010 and newest granddaughter, Vivienne Albright Lee, August 2012. :) They moved from Chicago to Bexley last year right before Vivi was born, making us the happiest grandparents in the universe. :) Our newest addition is a grandson Axl Kyu (pronounced Q- also daddy's middle name)
Lee born May 20, 2014. They live in Bexley just 1/2 mile from me. Amy is the owner of Bexley Yoga and her husband is a pilot for United.

What did you do after Watterson?

Attended Ohio University, got married, attended Ohio State, had children, attended Otterbein and graduated in Business with an Accounting major. Worked in healthcare administration and consulting for 30 years retiring in 2006.

Tell us a little about what you've been doing lately:

It’s been 3 1/2 years now since Dennis passed away so I guess it’s time I updated my profile. I am retired, have been spending January through April in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico but this coming winter appears doubtful. I live in a beautiful flat in the Alexander in Bexley so I can be near the grandkids. If you are nearby either place stop and say hello. Right now I am receiving visitors in the area below my balcony where I come out to visit as Juliet.

I am active in the International Friendship Club (IFC) and their Cleft Palate Surgery Program in Puerto Vallarta. At home in Columbus I am a member of St. Catharine parish and teach Sunday preschool. Trying to meet other widows and single women. It’s all new, but still life is good.

Thanks to Fred for letting us know of Nancy's passing. Several of us had either visited her or sent her cards since she had returned from Arizona. She was living in a nursing facility and was on dialysis three times a week. I have memories of her sense of humor from Watterson. May the Lord bless her and keep her.
